Hemant is the Founder and Chairman of MindCraft, Hemant is a veteran with over two decades of experience in the Information Technology Industry. His expertise lies in developing strategies to help clients harness the power of Information Technology. His technical and domain expertise combined with his management skills has enabled him to steer MindCraft ahead in the IT consulting and services space. Under his leadership, MindCraft has enjoyed stable growth over the last 17 years.

Over the years, Hemant has worked across various technologies and platforms. He has spent 11 years in the US, where he has worked with companies like Capgemini America, AT&T Bell Labs, AT&T Capital and AC Nielsen.

Hemant has an MSEE degree with a specialization in Communications from New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from SDMCET, Dharwad, India.

He is a member of the Insurance Committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI). Hemant serves on the Board of E4 Development & Coaching Ltd.

Haresh Hirani is an accomplished and experienced business leader with over 25 years of expertise, a true visionary in real sense. He is the founder of the DK Group, a 500 Cr. Group specialized in Infrastructure and Real Estate. As the Chairman of the group he is successfully managing D K Infrastructure, Shamik Enterprise Pvt. Ltd, D K Environment, D K Energy and DK Hospitality.

He has successfully incepted the culture of integrity, transparency and hard work in the organization. Haresh has a knack of spotting, nurturing and developing talent. He calls himself a people investor and is proud of the team he has put together.

Neeraj is a management consultant with more than 15 years of experience. BE civil and a post Graduate in Marketing, Neeraj started his career with The Times of India, Hughes Telecom. He ventured on his own and started his firm “Catalysts” in the year of 2004 as a corporate trainer. He has worked with more than 80 companies as a leadership trainer and trained more than 10,000 professionals across all levels.

Since the last 8 years his profile has evolved into a “Strategy Consultant” with the SME sector. He has been associated with MindCraft for over two years and plays a pivotal role in enhancing the alignment between the top management. He is also an integral part of decisions related to organizational development strategies.

Neeraj is also a visiting faculty at various national and international management institutes.

Anuraag Gupta is an Entrepreneur and an Investor. He has interests in companies operating in the fields of Finance and Education. He specializes in Financial Analysis & Investment Appraisal. He has been managing multi-million Dollar portfolios, investing in various asset classes, including Listed & Unlisted Equity, Real Estate and Debt.

His experience of more than a decade in financial analysis sets him apart as an Investor and an Educator.

Brian is an extremely energetic sales and marketing entrepreneur with a highly competitive drive and a strong track record in software and technology businesses. He migrated to Australia in 1973 and after a few years, set himself up as a local reseller for Kronos, an automated workforce management solution from Boston MA.

He became the biggest Worldwide Partner of Kronos Automated Labor Solutions in a mere 10 years and was awarded the International Dealer of the year on numerous occasions. He also had the unique distinction that every shopping mall in Australia and New Zealand that had more than 10 clients in each mall, was using the product that was sold and supported by his company.

With his unique combination of entrepreneurial and management skills, Brian developed an Enterprise Application monitoring solution which was marketed and sold worldwide and was acquired by a Florida based company in the Enterprise Monitoring Space. After successfully setting up a Security Printing Company in the Asia Pacific for a West Virginia Company, Brian worked with MGM Wireless in Australia which specialized in emergency communications in the education sector and played a major role in communications during challenging periods of natural disasters and in recent times the COVID-19 pandemic.

From setting up partnerships to marketing niche products worldwide, Brian is adept at maximizing sales performance through exceptional customer experience, people management and cost control. He has over 40 years of experience and expertise and is well versed with the business cultures of the Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA.

A qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, Animesh brings a depth of proven leadership with 28 years of industry experience. His experience in the IT industry covers business development and managing large strategic information system engagements in the Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas and Financial sectors.

Animesh was the Global Head of SAP Global Delivery since July 2006, based out of Bangalore, India. He was managing global operations and business transactions for delivery centers in India, Romania, China and Argentina. Prior to joining SAP, he was with Oracle India as a Vice President, heading the North America India Operations (NAIO), a 1,000+ staff center supporting North America Consulting. Before joining Oracle, he was the Vice President of Technology Services with Capgemini India. Animesh is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Gagan was one of the founding members of MindCraft when it started in 2002, handling delivery with special focus on US and UK. Later he moved on to work for companies like TIBCO before joining MindCraft again to head the North America Business.

Gagan is an experienced software professional with more than 20 years of experience in solutions and services selling, product development, offshore delivery, team building & mentoring and people management.

Gagan has worked for companies like HCL, Decision Technologies, TIBCO and WhiteHat Security. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur(India).

Mukesh currently heads the Global Sales & Strategy function at the company and has over three decades of experience in the IT Industry. During his tenure, he has played multiple roles in Delivery, Consulting and Business Development. He has executed and delivered projects and managed relationships with large clients worldwide. Mukesh has the experience of building and managing a large practice for one of the top IT firms based out of India.

Prior to joining MindCraft, Mukesh worked with Patni Computers.

He holds a PGDM in Systems Management from Mumbai.

Ravindra is the CFO at MindCraft heading the Finance & GRC function and taking care of Finance, Taxation & Compliance. He is a senior Finance professional with over two decades of rich experience. Over the course of his career, he has spearheaded the entire gamut of accounting & finance processes including financial planning, budgeting, accounting systems, costing, and legal affairs.

Prior to joining MindCraft, Ravindra has worked with a rich mix of Indian & multi-national companies across various industries such as Writer Safeguard, Boehringer Ingelheim, Thermofisher Scientific and Otis Elevators.

Ravindra is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Paresh has over two decades of experience in the area of Capital Markets and Wealth Management. He has been associated with the Indian Capital Markets for the past 15 years as a Stock Broker, Financier and Wealth Manager. While in the US, he has also worked on Wall Street. Throughout his career, Paresh has spearheaded business initiatives and managed relationships with large clients worldwide.

Paresh brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the global capital and financial markets. He has been a member of the National Stock Exchange, India.

Paresh holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has completed his MBA (Finance) from Wilkes University, USA.

Paresh has over two decades of experience in the area of Capital Markets and Wealth Management. He has been associated with the Indian Capital Markets for the past 15 years as a Stock Broker, Financier and Wealth Manager. While in the US, he has also worked on Wall Street. Throughout his career, Paresh has spearheaded business initiatives and managed relationships with large clients worldwideMohan is an engineer from IIT, Mumbai and an MBA Finance from IIM, Kolkata, two of India's pre-eminent educational institutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in India, with particular emphasis on capital markets. He co-founded his own investment bank and securities brokerage company in 1992 and ran it successfully till 2000. Since then, he has been associated with the capital markets arms of large financial services groups such as HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Edelweiss Finance.

Mohan comes with a unique blend of exposure to both technology and finance and has also been associated in various advisory roles with other technology firms such as Idhasoft Ltd, Prism Informatics Ltd and Paramatrix Technologies Pvt Ltd. These make him a useful asset for driving strategy in any mid-sized IT company.

Amol has been with MindCraft since its inception and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Amol has close to two decades of experience in the IT industry, spanning diverse domains and technology platforms. He has led, managed, architected and implemented several projects ranging from ERP implementation for Software and Development Companies to Business Process Management for companies in the Financial Services Sector. Prior to being chosen as the CEO Amol used to head the Pre-Sales & Labs function and manage Fixed Price Projects.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computers. Prior to MindCraft, Amol has worked for Phillips and Decision Technologies.

Savita has been with MindCraft since it was founded in 2002. She has over two decades’ experience most of which has been in the Financial Services industry around Solutions Architect, Project Management, Business Analysis and Development. She currently heads the Data Architecture & Application Services practice at MindCraft developing various solutions and providing services around niche technologies to our clients.

Her key competencies are Requirement Analysis, Data Modeling for OLTP/OLAP Systems, Delivery and Change Management. She has keen interest in the automation of Business Processes to reduce TAT and increase core productivity.

Prior to joining MindCraft, she has worked with companies like Digitech Instruments, Boston Computers Institute, Decision Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. She holds a Diploma in Engineering in Industrial Electronics from the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra

Sandesh heads the Delivery function at MindCraft. He has been associated with the organization since it was founded in 2002. Before taking up the responsibility of heading the Delivery unit, he was in charge of Key Projects Delivery and the Project Engineering function at MindCraft. Sandesh comes with close to two decades of experience in the IT industry, spanning diverse domains and technology platforms.

Prior to MindCraft, Sandesh has worked for Decision Technologies. His expertise lies in the Banking and Insurance domain, having worked for more than 8 years on IBM technologies.

He has spearheaded several projects ranging from Portals to Business Process Management for companies in the Financial Services Sector and has utilized his industry knowledge as well as technical skills to make these projects a huge success. Sandesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Mumbai University.

Hemant has over 17 years of experience in sales, including concept selling, business development and marketing. He is able to effectively capitalize on new business opportunities outside traditional channels. His domain experience spans various industry verticals. Prior to joining MindCraft, Hemant has worked with leading Indian IT companies and held key positions in Sales and Account Management.

At MindCraft, Hemant heads the Alliances Team. He is responsible for all strategic initiatives, partner relationships, product sales as well as organic and inorganic expansions for this Business Unit. Hemant has graduated in Science from the University of Mumbai.

Deepti joined us in 2005, fresh out of college, as an HR Executive and has since then worked across Human Resource Operations catering to Recruitments, Employee Policies, Employee Relations and Administration. Today, Deepti heads the Human Resources Department at MindCraft.

She specializes in Employee Relations, Performance Management and Manpower Planning. She has done her Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University and MBA (HR) from Chetana's Institute of Management Research.

Krishna heads the Governance, Risk & Compliance function at MindCraft. He comes with more than 9 years of experience in Finance.

Prior to joining MindCraft, he worked as Deputy Chief Financial Officer with Idhasoft Ltd and Prism Informatics Limited. He has earlier worked with organizations like Grant Thornton India LLP & Chokshi & Chokshi LLP. Krishna is a Chartered Accountant (CA) & a Company Secretary (CS). He also holds a Master's degree in Commerce.

Atma is a technology Product Leader with over 15 years of experience in Digital and Enterprise Transformation. At MindCraft, Atma is focused on expanding MindCraft's footprint in the US market. He will engage with industry leaders and C-level executives to explore opportunities for MindCraft primarily in Cloud services, Microservices and Startup technology frameworks.

Prior to this, Atma was the Product Lead for a Skills Workforce Management product at Microsoft Services, where he led the product concept, design and delivery to over 15,000 Microsoft Services Employeess.

At Kazume, he was the Co-founder and Product Lead and built a transaction management platform for real estate brokers and financial advisors. As the Oracle Business Readiness Lead at Expedia, he led the financial business transformation from Expedia’s legacy accounting systems to Oracle ERP system.

In the past, he has worked with renowned organizations such as IBM Global Services & T-Mobile in senior positions.

Atma holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from University of Washington.

Viral heads the Offshore Delivery unit at MindCraft. She has been with the company since its inception in 2002. Prior to this, she held the position of Chief Architect for the Business Intelligence practice at MindCraft. Her core skills lie in architecting data governance models in accordance to business requirements. She has executed varied projects involving end-to-end DW solutions, Data Governance models for organization wide data requirements and ETL architecture. She has also worked on implementations involving multiple source systems.

During the course of her professional career, Viral has worked with Kotak Mahindra Finance and Decision Technologies.

Viral holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, GNIIT from NIIT and a Master's degree in Information Technology from ICFAI. Furthermore, Viral is a PMP certified professional.

Ramya is a Marketing & Communications professional with a diverse work experience across various industry verticals. Her core skills lie in communication and alliance management. Currently, she is heading the Marketing and Global Alliances function at MindCraft.

She has set up and institutionalized the Communications function within the organization. Ramya has worked with leadership teams to create and execute communications programs that support organizational strategies.

Prior to joining MindCraft, she has worked with various global conglomerates such as Steria, Steer Davies Gleave, Fidelity Investments and Kuehne & Nagel.

Ramya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English (Hons.) from Delhi University. She has done her Masters in English from IGNOU and MBA from Kingston University, London. She has also successfully completed 9 levels of German language from Max Mueller Bhavan (Goethe Institut), New Delhi.
